30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original, unused condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hello@theargonia.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Package the item(s) securely and ship them back to us
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Gift cards
