How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your bag, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through our Stripe payment gateway.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot modify the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. We never store your card details on our servers.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
US orders: 5-10 business days. Canada & Europe: 7-14 business days. Asia-Pacific: 10-18 business days. Rest of world: 14-21 business days. All orders include tracking.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $60 USD worldwide.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Contact us at returns@theargonia.com to initiate a return.
How do I start a return?
Email us at returns@theargonia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original.

Are your stones genuine?
Yes. All our gemstones are 100% natural and authentic. We source directly from trusted suppliers. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
What materials do you use?
All our jewelry features 925 Sterling Silver base with 18K Gold or Rhodium plating. Our pieces are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and safe for sensitive skin.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Remove before showering or swimming.
Are there variations in the stones?
Each gemstone is unique by nature. Slight variations in color, pattern, and inclusions are normal and part of what makes your piece one of a kind — embracing the Wabi-Sabi aesthetic.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage your wishlist, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
