How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot modify the order.

How long does shipping take?

US orders: 5-10 business days. Canada & Europe: 7-14 business days. Asia-Pacific: 10-18 business days. Rest of world: 14-21 business days. All orders include tracking.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original.

All our jewelry features 925 Sterling Silver base with 18K Gold or Rhodium plating. Our pieces are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and safe for sensitive skin.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Remove before showering or swimming.

Are there variations in the stones?

Each gemstone is unique by nature. Slight variations in color, pattern, and inclusions are normal and part of what makes your piece one of a kind — embracing the Wabi-Sabi aesthetic.
